Queensland Fertility Group has the largest donor sperm bank in Queensland, providing our patients with access and choice. In December 2007 we have over 20 donors available for both intrauterine insemination and IVF cycles.
Our donors are carefully selected and the sperm is of the highest quality, fully tested and screened to meet International standards. This assures our patients of safety and the highest chance of conception. Our Donor Sperm Coordinator, Leah McArdle has complete medical and personal donor profi les available for patients to peruse at their convenience. Leah assists each patient with their selection and their appointments with our infertility counsellors and doctors.
Every year many people seek assistance from this speciality reproductive service including:
- Couples where the male partner is azoospermic (total absence of sperm)
- Couples where there is a concern over a known hereditary disease
- Women with social infertility
Queensland Fertility Group does not refuse treatment to women due to their marital status or sexual orientation.
Our donor sperm program was fi rst established in 1973 and today is one of the most successful programs in Australia. For more information on donor sperm please contact Leah on 3833 1005.
